RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Wizard of Cues, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us promptly within 14 days. We kindly request that the cue is returned in its original condition within the specified return period of three weeks from the date of purchase. To ensure a refund on postage and packaging, we kindly ask that you use our designated courier provider for the return shipment.
